Andean Stone Company is a Peruvian owned distributor of Minera Roca Andina. We fabricate, consolidate and export travertine/marble and onyx products from Peru to 13 states in the U.S., Eastern & Western Canada, the Caribbean and Central America. Our portfolio includes: tiles, slabs, shower panels, mosaics, moldings, sinks, fireplaces and architectural pieces. We can fabricate any type of product from our stone.
Our main office, factories and quarries are in Peru. We have an office and warehouse in Miami. We also have distributors all over the world. Peruvian travertine/marble has been used for construction of churches, buildings and important projects in our culture for thousands of years because of the durability of our stone. Peruvian travertine/marble and onyx products are quarried in the mountains of the Andes at 14,000 feet above sea level in Huancayo and the surrounding areas. Travertine and marble from Peru has many features that other similar stones from other countries do not have.
- Peruvian travertine/marble is denser and stronger than other travertines.
- Peruvian travertine/marble is less porous than other travertines and the natural holes are usually very small or non-existent.
- Peruvian travertine/marble has a rare and wide range of rich and beautiful colors.
- Peruvian travertine/marble and Onyx do not pay customs duties to enter the U.S. or Canada.
- We use new state-of-the-art Pedrini machines to cut and polish our tiles and slabs with micro-beveled edges.
